Polyurethane Mortar Flooring System

is a 4-component standard duty and 5-component heavy duty polyurethane mortar flooring system. This is a solvent free, seamless and with matt-textured finish. 

It provides excellent resistance to chemical, sudden impact, abrasion and hot water steam. It has very good resistance in thermal shock. Engineered for 3 to 9 mm thickness.

Highly recommended for food manufacturing plants & facilities, production facilities, loading and unloading bays, hallways, facilities to be audited by BFAD, and other GMP-required manufacturing plants. 

Note: PU Mortar Flooring Systems tends to yellow and highly visible to lights and blue colors. The yellowing effect is inevitable and will be visible depending on its reaction to heat, temperature and UV rays at no definite time. Flooring for Food Companies

abrasion resistance with good chemical resistance and hard

wearing floor finish.

It can be used as a protective overlay on new floor or to repair damaged floor.
