PU Mortar Flooring Philippines
Polyurethane flooring — the gold standard for food manufacturing, cold storage, and heavy-duty industrial environments.
What is PU Mortar (Polyurethane Flooring)?
Polyurethane (PU) Mortar flooring is a three-component, heavy-duty resin system consisting of a polyurethane resin, hardener, and aggregate broadcast. It produces a seamless, textured surface that is exceptionally tough, hygienic, and resistant to the harshest industrial conditions.
Unlike standard epoxy systems, PU Mortar retains flexibility at low temperatures, making it the only flooring system that can withstand the thermal shock of steam cleaning followed by rapid freezing — a daily reality in food processing and cold storage facilities.
Circa Industrial Services installs PU Mortar systems sourced from leading international brands from Denmark, Germany, India, Thailand, and Malaysia — ensuring product quality backed by our own installation warranty.

Two System Variants
Heavy-Duty / Heavy-Foot Traffic
Designed for the most demanding food production environments — meat processing, dairy, breweries, and cold storage where forklift traffic and thermal cycling are constant.
- Thermal-shock resistant (freeze-thaw cycling)
- Anti-bacterial / anti-microbial surface
- Chemical and acid resistant
- Heavy-duty impact resistance
- Seamless, coved skirting-ready finish
- HACCP-compliant hygienic flooring
- 4–9 mm build thickness
- Slip-resistant aggregate finish options
Medium-Duty / Medium-Foot Traffic
Ideal for snack food factories, commissaries, bakeries, and light food processing areas where hygiene is critical but traffic loads are moderate.
- Seamless and easy-to-clean surface
- Medium-duty load bearing
- Chemical resistant
- Anti-bacterial properties
- Suitable for wet and dry processing areas
- 3–6 mm build thickness
- Available in multiple aggregate textures

Where We Apply It
Food Production Areas
Hygienic, seamless floors that meet HACCP requirements for meat, dairy, bakery, and beverage production.
Cold Storage & Freezer Rooms
Withstands extreme thermal cycling from -40°C to +100°C without cracking or delaminating.
Application Process
Our dedicated crew handles surface preparation, priming, mortar broadcast, and topcoat in a controlled sequence.
Why PU Mortar Over Standard Epoxy?
Thermal Shock Resistance
Epoxy cracks under rapid temperature swings. PU Mortar flexes and recovers — essential for steam-clean then freeze cycles.
Longer Service Life
The flexible polymer matrix absorbs impact and vibration, dramatically reducing delamination and cracking over time.
Hygienic Compliance
Seamless, coved skirting-ready installation eliminates harbourage points for bacteria — meeting HACCP and FDA standards.
