What is Epoxy Flooring?
High Build Epoxy systems are two-component resin floors applied at greater thickness than standard paint-on coatings. The result is a tough, seamless surface that resists chemicals, oils, abrasion, and impact — making it the go-to choice for industrial and commercial facilities that need durability without the premium cost of polyurethane mortar.
Unlike PU Mortar, epoxy systems are not rated for thermal shock (steam cleaning followed by rapid freezing). They are best suited for dry environments where temperatures remain stable — factories, warehouses, parking decks, and car service bays.

Epoxy Floor Coating
A thin, protective coating applied directly over prepared concrete. Provides a clean, dust-free, chemical-resistant surface ideal for light industrial use, offices, and storage areas.

Epoxy Self-Leveling
A pourable, self-leveling system that flows to create a perfectly flat, high-gloss surface. Ideal for factories, car service centres, and parking areas where aesthetics and durability both matter.

Epoxy Mortar
The thickest and most durable epoxy system, incorporating aggregate for maximum compressive strength. Used where heavy forklifts, pallet jacks, and constant mechanical stress are present.

High Build Epoxy Self-Leveling is the preferred system for parking decks and car service bays. Its seamless, oil-resistant surface is easy to clean, resists fuel and lubricant spills, and can be finished with anti-slip aggregate for safety.
Line markings, bay numbers, and directional arrows can be incorporated directly into the system during installation — no separate painting required.
