Circa Industrial Services is a specialist industrial flooring contractor based in San Pablo City, Laguna. We focus exclusively on resin and polished concrete flooring systems — PU Mortar, High Build Epoxy, and Polished Concrete — for food manufacturers, cold storage operators, logistics hubs, factories, and commercial facilities across the Philippines.
